Sarah from Flour and Spice loves to turn up this song when she’s walking on the treadmill. It adds a little umph to her steps, literally.
2. Mauja Hi Mauja
This song from the movie Jab We Met gets Sonal from Simply Vegetarian, moving to the beat, every, single, time. Listen to it next time you plan on getting a little sweaty and you’ll understand.
3. Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai
Lakshmi, The Dancing Lawyer, knows all the right songs to move to. Once of her favourite Bollywood songs to workout to is Baby Ko Bass Passand Hai from Sultan.
4. Suit Suit
Niharika from The Pink Velvet Blog says she loves to work out listening to Punjabi music. One of her favourites is the song Suit Suit. It’s pretty catchy, especially the remix version.
5. Laila o Laila
It’s all old school for Christina from Turning Mommy. She likes to turn up the volumes on all our favorite Bollywood songs from back in the day to help her get motivated to do a workout.
Nisha from Honey What’s Cooking not only knows good food, she also knows good music. When she hops on the treadmill to get in her daily cardio, on her Bollywood playlist is full and Marjaani is one of her favorites to get sweating too.

Whether it’s the old version or the new version, we are in agreement with Tanvii from Tanvii.com that Tamma Tamma is a great one to add to your playlist of Bollywood songs to workout too!
8. Lungi Dance
No list of Bollywood songs to workout to would be complete without the Lungi Dance of course! Parita from My Inner Shakti and Sonali from So Saree agree that it’s a must and totally motivates them when they workout.

Ruksana from Traveler and Tourist says Hookahbar is a must have on your exercise playlist. And we would have to agree!
10. Swag Se Swagat
One of newest hits to to go viral and is perfect to end your Bollywood Workokut Songs Playlist with is from Tiger Zinda Hai, and is Charu from Ketchup Moms favorite, Swag Se Swagat.
