For ginger when you don't have paste handy, to grate nutmeg into your curry,or grate cauliflower for a delicious quick paratha filling - possibilities possibilites! Non Stick Spatulas. A non stick spatula is perfect for desi cooking. It does a fantastic job of scraping the bits of masala so nothing sticks AND there’s none of that annoying spoon on pot noise. A Mini Blender. This gets used constantly for chutneys, garlic ginger pastes, the spicy minty base for a ‘green’ raita, and so on. It is also perfect for making a refreshing glass of lassi! A Nonstick Wok. Woks give us a similar surface area to traditional "karhais" while requiring a lot less oil. Also, they’re pretty easy to clean! Ice Cube Trays.
